Open from June 3 to July 7, 2024, this call for applications aims to support SMEs in assessing their digital maturity and assisting them in developing their digital roadmap with the help of qualified consultants, through the “Moukawala Raqmiya” platform and the EBRD’s cybersecurity tool.
Through this Swiss-funded programme, grants to support selected companies in carrying out a digital maturity assessment, in accordance with a grant agreement signed between the EBRD and these companies, will be paid upon successful completion of the project and will help cover part of the costs of the activities.
Speaking on this occasion, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Sarah Lamrani, indicated that this program is part of the digital transformation project in which Morocco is resolutely committed, thus consolidating the positioning of the Kingdom as a true African hub of the digital economy.
“We will, alongside stakeholders, make our resources and expertise available to companies in order to support them in their transition towards a promising digital future,” she continued, noting that the digitalization of the economic fabric, particularly of SMEs, constitutes an essential driver of the digital transition.
