Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is set to play a key role in resolving the global food crisis. The UAE will pave the way for this through the recently announced Food Hub in Abu Dhabi Kisad. The Food Trade and Logistics Center in the Khalifa Industrial Zone in Abu Dhabi was announced by the authorities in February this year. Experts in the field of food security believe that the center will help in the current global food crisis due to the Kovid expansion and the Ukraine war.

He added that the launch of the hub in Abu Dhabi was part of the UAE government’s decision to play a leading role in resolving the global food security crisis.
As part of this, an international conference on food security is being organized in Abu Dhabi in October. The conference will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center.
