Launched by the governor of the province of Khenifra, Mohamed Fettah and by the president of the provincial council, Hamid Babour, in the presence of several civil and military figures, these projects aim to strengthen the road infrastructure of the rural world, to facilitate access for people with disabilities to basic social services and to strengthen the supply of drinking water to the rural population.
On this occasion, the governor and the delegation accompanying him supervised the ceremony of handing over seven tanker trucks with a capacity of 4 tons and a truck with a capacity of 10 tons for the benefit of the inhabitants of 7 municipalities of the province.
In the commune of Krouchen, and within the framework of the program to reduce spatial and social disparities, a project was launched for the reconstruction of a structure in Oued Srou, at the level of regional road n°7308. With a financial envelope of 7.62 million dirhams, this project aims to combat the opening up of the rural world, to smooth traffic and to facilitate the passage of all types of vehicles.
The inauguration of the Rehabilitation and Integration Center for People with Special Needs took place in the commune of El Kebab with the aim of bringing health and educational services closer to people with reduced mobility.
The project required a budget of 3 million dirhams, financed within the framework of a partnership between the Provincial Committee for Human Development, the municipality of El Kebab and the provincial coordination of National Aid.
Subsequently, Mr. Fettah and the delegation accompanying him proceeded to hand over the keys of two school transport buses to two local associations, namely, the Dar Al-Aman Association for Disability and Preschool and the Afaq Association for Development and People with Disabilities.
Acquired for a total cost of 1.26 million dirhams as part of the second program of the National Initiative for Human Development, these two buses aim to support people in vulnerable situations.
In the commune of Ait Ishaq, work has been launched to strengthen, widen and rehabilitate national road no. 8, the section linking Ben Khelil and Tighassaline, for a total cost of 26.7 million dirhams.
