According to the document from the Territorial Command of Viseu of the GNR, the Criminal Investigation Unit (NIC) of Moimenta da Beira, with the support of the Territorial Post of Penedono, arrested the suspect on Tuesday, after about a month of investigation.
The GNR officers executed two search warrants, “one at home and one in a vehicle, which resulted in the arrest of the suspect and the seizure of narcotic material.”
Among the seized material were 288 cannabis plants, 117 grams of cannabis flowers, and 1.4 grams of cannabis seeds.
According to the GNR, the detainee was made an accused person and the facts were communicated to the Judicial Court of Moimenta da Beira, also in the district of Viseu.
