“Go home to China” Kosam – Sri Lankan Parliament shocked by the words!

by time news

Member of Parliament Harsa de Silva has expressed his opposition to TNA Member of Parliament Chanakyan, who has warned that he is going to lead the slogan “Go to China”.

Moreover, the spokesperson of the Chinese Embassy in Colombo has given a reply on his Twitter page to the comment I made recently in Parliament that China is not helping Sri Lanka’s debt restructuring, instead China is trying to keep Sri Lanka in a debt trap.

This is an act against the sovereignty of the people of Sri Lanka. So China should stop this activity and if it wants to benefit 22 million Sri Lankan people, it should either cancel the loan China has given to Sri Lanka or come forward to help with debt restructuring to get financing from the International Monetary Fund.

Opposing Harsa de Silva

Following this, Member of Parliament Harsa de Silva has expressed his opposition, and Chanakyan has the right to express his opinion. However, he has also said that we should go together with international countries.

At the same time, Harsha also expressed his opinion regarding Chanakya’s slogan “Go home to China”. Even when Chanakyan raised his voice in response to his opinion, the council president did not give permission to Chanakyan.

Opposition by Member of Parliament Sumandran

Harsa de Silva, a member of the opposition party, said that following this, Sumanthran, a member of parliament of the Tamil National Federation, said that he could not comment on the opinion of his party MP Chanakyan.
