The video was then deleted. Quebec’s Ministry of Health has apologized to the Government of Canada for this. It is also alleged that some of the employees handling the social media accounts of the Ministry of Health were watching pornographic video content and that they may have committed such acts. In a public apology letter issued by the Ministry of Health, it said, ‘We apologize for posting inappropriate video on social media in a situation beyond our control.
