Now that we’ve confirmed when God of War: Ragnarok will officially launch, Sony and Santa Monica Studios have begun to reveal details about the anticipated sequel. Recently, a special edition of the game was revealed, and it has faced scalper issues ever since. Now, the latest news comes in the form of a storyline that provides further clues as to where this adventure will take Kratos and Atreus.
As the games are mentioned in the PlayStation Store listing, the synopsis is as follows:
“Embark on a mythical journey to find answers and allies as Kratos and Atreus prepare for Ragnarök.
“Fimbulwinter is underway. Kratos and Atreus must travel to every kingdom in the Nine Realms to find answers as the Asgardian army prepares for a prophesied battle that will end the world. Along the way, they will Explore stunning mythological landscapes and face terrifying enemies in the form of Norse gods and monsters. The threat of Ragnarök is getting closer. Kratos and Atreus must do between their own safety and the safety of their kingdom out the choice.
God of War: Ragnarok will launch on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on November 9, 2022.
