Taiwan-based company Gogoro is planning to launch two electric scooter models in the Indian market: 2 and 2 Plus. Earlier, the company has partnered with Hero MotoCorp including Zypp Electric for battery replacement technology.

Both the scooters that Gogoro will be launching in the Indian market are highly capable. On the website of the company, the Cocoro 2 series has two variants namely 2 Premium and 2 Plus, followed by the scooter called Cocoro Supersport.

You can get complete information about the specifications of e-scooters mentioned in the recently released RTO registration related documents. The motor in the Gogoro 2 model puts out 7.2kW of power, while the Plus puts out a slightly lower 6.4kW.
Both the variants usually have a top speed of 87kmph.
2 model is rated to deliver a maximum range of 85 km on a single charge. The next cheapest Plus variant has a range of 94 km. The gross weight of the scooter is 273 kg, length 1,890 mm, width 670 mm and height 1,110 mm.
Gogoro 2 and Gogoro 2 Plus will be officially announced in the next few weeks with launch date, price and other details.
