/ The costs of Iraqi and overseas gold decreased within the native markets within the capital, Baghdad, on Wednesday, whereas they elevated in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Area.
Company correspondent stated that gold costs within the wholesale markets on Al-Nahr Avenue within the capital, Baghdad, recorded this morning a promoting value for one mithqal of 21 karat Gulf, Turkish and European gold of 427 thousand dinars, and a purchase order value of 423 thousand dinars.
Our correspondent indicated that the promoting value of 1 mithqal of 21-karat Iraqi gold was recorded at 397 thousand dinars, and the acquisition value was 393 thousand.
As for gold costs in goldsmiths’ retailers, the promoting value of a mithqal of 21-karat Gulf gold ranges between 430,000 and 440,000 dinars, whereas the promoting value of a mithqal of Iraqi gold ranges between 400,000 and 410,000 dinars.
In Erbil, the promoting value of a pure gold mithqal was 503,000 dinars, a 21-karat gold mithqal was 443,000 dinars, and a 18-karat gold mithqal was 383,000 dinars.
