The Israeli taekwondo team continues to record achievements in the world championships. Today (Sunday) Rivka Bayich (46 kg) won the gold medal at the World Round Championship in Poland, while the bronze medals were won by Dima Nagyev (63 kg), Tom Pashkowski (54 kg) and Biana Lager (53 kg). The athletes are accompanied by the team’s coaches Yachiam Sharabi and Mark Barginsky.

The Chairman of the Taekwondo Association Yehuda Mein said in light of the wins: “The achievements of the Taekwondo team show the hard work in the association to expand the base of the pyramid and the teams.
