Gold Price in Chennai: Ornamental Gold Selling at Rs 46,760 per Bar

Jewelery gold is sold at Rs 46,760 per bar in Chennai.

The price of gold has seen a positive trend in the last few months.

Accordingly, the price of 22 carat ornamental gold rose by Rs.40 to Rs.46,760 per gram and rose by Rs.5 to Rs.5,845 per gram as of today (January 29) morning in Chennai, the first day of the week.

Earlier yesterday, Sawaran was sold at Rs.46,720 and Rs.5,840 per gram.

Similarly, silver prices rose slightly. A gram rose by Rs 20 paise to Rs 77.70 and a kg (solid silver) was selling at Rs 77,700.
