jpnn.comJAKARTA – Acting General Chair of the United Development Party (PPP) Muhamad Mardiono was present at the halalbihalal for the Golkar Party extended family at the yellow political party office, Slipi, West Jakarta, Monday (15/4).
Mardiono, who was present wearing green batik, was seen at the location at around 19.17 WIB accompanied by PPP Secretary General Arwani Thomafi.
He said he was present at the location to fulfill a halalbihalal invitation from Golkar General Chair Airlangga Hartarto.
“Oh yes, halalbihalal, right, yes (invited by Airlangga, ed),” said Mardiono in response to the media crew.
It is known that PPP is the party that formed an axis with PDI Perjuangan in the 2024 presidential election to support Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud Md.
Meanwhile, Golkar together with Gerindra, PAN, Democrat formed the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) supporting Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
The man who was born in Yogyakarta then received questions from media crew about his presence at the location being a signal for PPP to join the political party axis supporting Prabowo-Gibran.
Mardiono did not answer this question firmly but only emphasized the need for someone to come when invited to attend halalbihalal.
