The resignation will be resolved with the existing mechanism within the Golkar Party through an accelerated National Conference (Munas). It is estimated that the Golkar Munas will be held on August 20, 2024.
In relation to the Golkar Party National Conference which will be held in the near future, we respect whatever the agenda and decisions are.
We also fully submit to the Golkar family to resolve today’s problems through internal mechanisms. Of course, guided by the Golkar Party’s Articles of Association (AD) and Bylaws (ART).
The party reconsolidation carried out through the accelerated National Conference (Munas) mechanism is certain not to shake national stability.
The national political situation in welcoming the inauguration of Prabowo and Gibran as President and Vice President in October 2024 is certain to be conducive. God willing, the conditions will be smooth and safe.
Likewise, the stages of the simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) are currently underway. The plan is for the simultaneous Pilkada to be held in November 2024. It is hoped that the simultaneous Pilkada will not be disrupted due to changes in the national management of the Golkar Party.
The mechanism that applies internally in the Golkar Party so far seems very mature in filling the vacancies of the management. Including conducting internal reconsolidation. It is certain that the internal mechanism can overcome all obstacles in the nomination of Regional Heads by the Golkar Party which is currently in process.
Golkar Party is a very mature party. A party that is known to be very mature in facing every situation that sometimes shakes Golkar. No matter how difficult the situation is, it can be overcome by the internal Golkar Party with dignity. The political maturity of the politicians and administrators of the Golkar Party always places the Golkar Party in always successfully exiting every difficult situation.
Likewise, the situation is also related to the change in the Golkar Party management. It is estimated that it will not disrupt Golkar’s solidity as a member of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) which supports the Prabowo Gibran pair. The Golkar Party will remain and always be together with KIM in any situation.
