Zurich: Brazil’s first place in the FIFA ranking is Argentina Ranch. Argentina will reach the top spot in April’s ranking. Argentina won the World Cup in Qatar, but Brazil did not give up the first place in the FIFA rankings. But when the new rankings come out in April, it is certain that Argentina will surpass Brazil and take the top spot. Other changes will become apparent when the rankings come up.

Brazil suffered a setback when they lost their first match after the World Cup in Qatar, losing 2-1 to Morocco. With a 2-0 win over Panama, Argentina is sure to surpass Brazil in the ranking points. In the current ranking, Brazil has 1840.77 points and Argentina has 1836.38 points. Argentina, the world champions, and France, the runners-up, are currently in third place. Belgium, who were eliminated in the group stage of the World Cup, are in fourth place. England, Netherlands, Croatia, Italy, Portugal and Spain are the teams coming behind in the top ten.

With a loss to Morocco, Brazil will lose 6.56 points. 1.52 points will be added to Argentina who defeated Panama. If a country leading the FIFA rankings loses to a team with a much lower ranking, it will suffer a huge reduction in points. This is the setback for Brazil. Earlier, Argentina lost 39 points when they lost to Saudi Arabia in the Qatar World Cup. Argentina moved up in the rankings by winning all the subsequent matches. Argentina will surpass Brazil and become the first in the ranking released by FIFA in April.
