No food or water
At the time of the inspection, there was an animal that should weigh around 60 kilograms, in a small makeshift box that was covered in feces. It didn’t have a chance to drink and, according to veterinarians, it also lacked food. “The nutritional status of the dog was deteriorated. The breeder was not even able to prove that she had the mandatory vaccinations,” described Vorlíček.

Officials immediately freed Goran from his prison. “It was decided on the spot about immediate placement in preliminary substitute care. The dog is currently located in the U Františka shelter in the village of Borovno,” the spokesman added.
