Decree signed by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and published this Wednesday (13) in Official Diary of the Union advances the payment of the annual bonus to retirees and pensioners, known as the thirteenth salary of beneficiaries of the National Social Security Institute (INSS).
According to the text, the first installment of the annual bonus will be paid on the April payroll and the second on the May payroll. Social Security insured persons and dependents who, during the year 2024, received aid due to temporary incapacity, accident aid, retirement, death pension or imprisonment aid are entitled to the benefit.
“In the event of scheduled termination of the benefit before December 31, 2024, the proportional amount of the annual bonus will be paid to the beneficiary”, highlights the publication.
