Government Council: adoption of a draft decree establishing the responsibilities and organization of the General Secretariat of the Government
Rabat – The Government Council, meeting on Wednesday in Rabat, adopted draft decree No. 2.24.705 establishing the attributions and organization of the General Secretariat of the Government, presented by the Secretary General of the Government, Mohamed Hajoui, taking into account the remarks raised.
This draft decree aims to upgrade the services of the General Secretariat of the Government and to revise the legal framework of some of its structures as well as the creation of others, taking into consideration the nature and specificity of the mission entrusted to it, underlines a press release from the delegated ministry in charge of Relations with Parliament.
This mission consists of coordinating the government’s legal action by directing the efforts deployed to build a solid and quality national legal system, recalls the same source.
