Government Palace clarifies that Beder Camacho has not returned to work

The Presidential Office assured that the former Undersecretary General of the Government Palace, Beder Camacho, has not returned to his work at the Executive headquarters, as he assured in statements to the press.

Through their social networks, it was explained that the Presidency of the Council of Ministers opened a disciplinary administrative process against Camacho Gadea on January 26 and a precautionary measure was issued so that the former trusted official of Pedro Castillo does not reincorporate until the conclusion of the inquiries.

“In other words, said precautionary measure prevents Camacho Gadea from entering the Casa de Pizarro or any of its offices,” the document reads.

As recalled, Camacho is being investigated for allegedly being part of Castillo Terrones’ “Shadow Cabinet”, helping Bruno Pacheco, also investigated, to escape or disappearing cell phones that would contain material that would compromise the former president in committing crimes.
