The Government presented this Thursday the Unique Educational File, a digital platform that will allow citizens to verify the certificates of basic, secondary and higher education and, even, those of technical courses.
This is the website where more than 10 million basic and secondary education certificates, 1.3 million higher education certificates and more than 8 million technical courses will be available.
According to the Minister of Education, Ángel Hernández, some 4,000 people went monthly to the headquarters of that portfolio in search of this type of education.
However, “there is currently not a single person in that line. This means that for them it is not just an ease in terms of not having to go to the Ministry, but saving money and time. There is an agility, because it is instantaneous ”he specified at the presentation of the platform, which was led by President Luis Abinader.
