Valparaíso, Zac., May 31, 2022.-Governor David Monreal Ávila announced hiscommitment that, prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school year, it will deliver uniforms for students in public primary schools throughout the state and, to support the economy of mothers and fathers in the face of the economic situation left by the health crisis, also will provide educational material and school supplies to public elementary and high school students in Zacatecas.

The foregoing, by delivering 443 school uniforms to 237 boys and 206 girls who are students of the Primary SchoolSalvador Varela Reséndiz, from this municipal seat, as part of his strategy to promote inclusive education.

“In this new governance, in my desire to aspire to a progressive society in which the greatest treasure and investment will be children and young people, my commitment to education, sports and recreation is for these sectors of the population,” he asserted.

The president thus endorsed his desire to strengthen public education in the entity and, after acknowledging the work of the teachers, called on them to actively participate in leading and rebuilding the social fabric with their affection, ability and knowledge applied to the formation of citizens.

He explained that mothers, fathers, teachers and students will be involved in the decision that will define the mechanism by which these garments will be provided to students, in a vote of co-responsibility and participation for the well-being of their daughters and sons who are in education. basic.

The 5th B student of this institution, Leonel Alejandro Jasso, on behalf of the educational community, thanked the president for coming to show his commitment to contribute to the development of Zacatecan children, and requested improvements in the facilities of the campus, including: the dome of the multipurpose field, as well as the stands, the ceiling and the lighting of the grass field.

Maribel Villalpando Haro, Secretary of Education, added that said delivery of uniforms was scheduled in this school because it is one of those with the largest student population in the municipality, in recognition of the work of the teachers and, as part of the support that Governor David Monreal Ávila provides this item to carry out the transformation of the state. “I want to tell you that you are not alone, here is the ally of education,” she said.

Likewise, Governor David Monreal delivered seats to the school director, Teodoro Ortega Valdez, as well as sports, office and cleaning supplies that the State Government, through the Ministry of Education, is taking to all Zacatecas campuses.
