The head of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov, on the morning of September 19, took part in the Single Voting Day-2021. The politician was one of the first to come to his site in the regional capital.
– In the morning I voted at my site in Stavropol. By dropping the ballot into the ballot box, we declare how we want to see the future of our children, our region and the whole country. It should be prosperous, peaceful and happy. For this he gave his vote, – said Vladimirov in his Instagram account.
After the second day of elections, almost 800 thousand people voted in the Stavropol Territory. According to the head of the regional election commission, Sergei Tarasov, at 20:00 on September 18, 41.89 percent of the total number of voters came to make their choice. The highest turnout was shown by the Novoaleksandrovsky district, where more than 64 percent of voters voted.
On the Unified Election Day in the Stavropol Territory, deputies of the State Duma, the Regional Duma and local self-government bodies are elected. There are 1,284 polling stations in the region, 1,889,023 people are included in the voter lists.
