New Delhi > CPI-M PB said that Kerala Governor’s statement is not compatible with the status of the Constitution. The Governor has no power to dismiss ministers. The PB statement also said that the President should intervene and correct the Governor.
The President should restrain the Governor from making unconstitutional statements. Dictatorship powers are not vested in the governorship. The governor’s political affiliation has been revealed through the statement. This also shows the hatred towards the LDF government. PB also demanded that the President should stop the Governor from making such statements.
