According to cyber security rules, the government has proposed to create a repository of persons. Notice will be issued to the individuals first by the government. After this the person will have to respond to the matter within 7 days. There is an order from the government to take action without notice in public interest. In such a situation, your SIM card can be blacklisted without prior notice. Let us tell you that cyber security rules have been notified in the new Telecom Act. A new rule has been added in November this year.
