The Alicante real estate company directed by Sergio Vidal Balaguer, Goya Real Estatewill allocate 80 million euros to the second tower of the Gran Delfín project in Benidorm, which includes a luxury hotel and residential resort with two skyscrapers on the first line of Poniente beach in the city of Alicante.

After the inauguration last summer of the first phase of Gran Delfín, which consisted of opening the doors of the luxury skyscraper Delfin Tower, With 98 meters, 22 floors and 39 homes, the real estate agency has announced the second phase of the project. Under the name of Gran Delfin Private Residences&Hotel, Goya RE will build an adjoining building with 44 floors, 158 meters high, 200 apartments and an exclusive hotel.

The tower will be located on the plot of the historic Gran Hotel Delfin, inaugurated in 1963. The design of the building, which will have the Leed Gold seal, includes the recreation of artificial dunes, as well as two swimming pools: one of 1,000 square meters exclusively for owners; and another exterior, in the beach club, of approximately 1,500 square meters.

Gran Delfín will also have a sauna, spa, lobby, gym, yoga and Pilates area, coworking spaces, gardens, sky gardens, tennis and paddle tennis court, social club, restaurant, large storage rooms, and electric-charged parking for approximately 180 cars, an auditorium and a beach club with three different areas of grass, sand and wood and with direct access from the beach.
