The local government of A Corua finalizes the agreement on the Aesia and avoids assessing the resources against its headquarters in the city

The mayor of A Corua, Ins Reyhas refused to rule on the contentious-administrative appeal filed by the Civil Society Association of Granada Together for Granada before the Supreme Court against the agreement of the Council of Ministers by which it was determined that the city of Hercules be the seat of the Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence (Aesia).
I am not going to make any comments, the councilor said in statements to Europa Press, and also assured that she does not rule on judicial proceedings of other Administrations, in relation to the appeal of the Granada City Council to challenge the election of the headquarters of the Aesia. Questioned, also, by the moment of the rehabilitation process in which the building of La Terraza is located, current headquarters in the city of RTVE and future headquarters of the Agency, the mayoress explained that they are working with the Ministry in the drafting of the agreement that must be formalized for the use of the building. The technicians will come soon to see what are the works that must be done for it to start working, she has pointed out in relation to this issue.
