The widely attracting commercial facility “Emiterrace Tokorozawa,” featuring 142 stores, opened on September 24, located just a 4-minute walk from the west exit of Tokorozawa Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line and Shinjuku Line.
This commercial facility was jointly developed by Seibu Realty Solutions and Sumitomo Corporation in the area included in the “Tokorozawa Station West Exit Land Readjustment Project,” which covers the former Seibu Railway Tokorozawa Vehicle Factory site. It is characterized by good access from Tokorozawa Station, a variety of shops, comfortable spaces, and areas for interaction, and is expected to attract visitors from the Seibu Railway line and the Tama region.
The centerpiece of the facility is the large open space “TOKOROZAWA e-CUBE,” which features an atrium on the 2nd and 3rd floors. A grand opening ceremony was held in this space starting at 9 AM on the day of the opening.

The location is 10-1 Higashisumiyoshi, Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture. The building has 7 floors above ground, and the commercial floors are located from the 1st to the 4th floor. The site area is approximately 34,000m2, the total floor area is about 129,000m2, and the retail space is approximately 43,000m2. The number of parking spaces is around 1,700.
