You need

100 g cukru
300 g plain flour
1 to 2 egg yolks
1 egg
150 g delivery

Approach

Sift the flour, sugar and crumble the fat onto the roll. Add the egg yolk and one whole flower. Work the dough first with a knife and then with your hands. Leave to rest in the cold for at least three hours. Then roll out a sheet 3 mm thick and punch out the wheels. Bake on baking paper until golden brown. Glue the cooled rounds together with marmalade.

You need

150g plain flour
100 g delivery
50 g ground nuts or almonds
20 g of powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
100g of vanilla sugar

Approach

Add flour, sugar to the roll, add sugar, vanilla sugar and nuts. Add the fat, the yolk and make the dough. Leave to rest in the cold for half an hour. Then roll out a rolling pin, cut pieces from it and shape the rolls. Bake in a moderately heated oven until light pink. Roll them warm in vanilla sugar mixed with powdered sugar.

You need

70 g coarse flour

1/2 dcl white wine

Approach

Beat the egg whites and sugar in a mug in a water bath until the mixture is hot. Then add the coconut and wine and reheat. Set aside the hot mixture and add the flour. Make piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let them rest for half an hour and then bake in a slightly heated oven. You can leave them individually or cover two pieces with jam.

Approach

Work out the dough and press it into molds sprinkled with powdered sugar. Then carefully tap off and let dry. Mix all the ingredients for the filling until smooth and fill the beehives. We can also add a drop of cognac. Place full hives on sponges.

You need

250 ml of whipped cream
160 g granulated sugar
40 g plain flour
80 g of raisins
80 g of candied fruit
100 g chopped almonds or walnuts

Approach

Boil the cream with sugar in a saucepan to a thick paste. Allow to cool and then stir in the nuts, candied fruit and raisins. Use a spoon to form patties from the mixture on baking paper. Bake at 170 °C until golden. After baking, you can drizzle with chocolate glaze.
