jpnn.comMAJALENGKA – Candidate for Regent-Candidate for Deputy Regent of Majalengka H. Eman Suherman-Dena Muhamad Ramdhan is considered an ideal pair who will bring improvements to Majalengka.
Grassroots support is also growing for Eman-Dena.
Executive Director of National Political Studies, Adib Miftahul, assessed that support was strengthening because Eman-Dena were a pair that complemented each other.
Adib explained that Dena could fill the position of deputy regent candidate because she served as the Coordinating Chair of Sahabat Bang Ara.
This could boost Eman-Dena’s electability.
“When Eman paired with Dena, even if PDIP as a whole did not give support, I think the PDIP grassroots would still give support to Eman-Dena. Because, he is the Head of Sahabat Ara in Majalengka and this is very promising,” said Adib, Wednesday (4/9).
Adib further said that in the 2024 Pilkada contest, people prefer figures rather than political parties.
Moreover, Maruarar Sirait (Ara) has great influence in Majalengka.
Adib Miftahul believes that the strengthening of support for Eman-Dena at the grassroots level is because the pair complement each other.
