In Indonesian the caption means ‘His name is Joko Widodo not Mulyono and he will leave a great legacy for Indonesia, not a dynasty’.
The video pays tribute to Jokowi’s ten years of leadership in bringing Indonesia to become a developed country.
The video uploaded by the man born in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, was previously played at the Gerindra National Working Meeting some time ago.
The video contains photos of Jokowi when he was young and Jokowi’s achievements, as well as historic moments with his best friend, the president-elect from the 2024 Election, Prabowo Subianto.
The video is based on the song ‘Putra Bangsa’ sung by the band ‘The Garudas’.
The song was originally titled ‘Danny Boy’, a traditional Irish song that was covered by the group Celtic Woman in 2005. The lyrics of the song were changed with the permission of the owner.
