The victory of Panathinaikos over Lances and PAOK over Shamrock in Ireland brought Greece back to 15th place in the UEFA rankings.
It was a very positive evening for Greece regarding its UEFA ranking, as our country returned to 15th place, leaving Denmark behind and remaining on track to secure five European tickets.
Most importantly, Panathinaikos defeated Lances 2-0 at OAKA, and thus three Greek teams will play in European competitions. Meanwhile, PAOK doubled its victories against Shamrock Rovers, adding 500 points to our country’s tally.
Denmark is close to Greece, but at the same time, our country is chasing Switzerland in 14th place.
