Draghi’s signature
The green pass is now a reality from June 17th. The Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, has in fact signed the decree that defines the procedures for issuing the Covid-19 digital green certifications which, as stated in a note from Palazzo Chigi, “will facilitate participation in public events, access to health care facilities (RSA) and travel on the national territory “. Green certification will be implemented by June 28th. Therefore, with the signing of the Dpcm, the conditions for the operation of the EU Regulation on the “Green Pass” are fulfilled, which starting from 1 July will guarantee the full interoperability of the digital certifications of all the countries of the Union. Thanks to the certificate, EU citizens will have full freedom of movement on the territory of the Union.
Getting the green certificate is very easy. The more technological will be able to do it on their own, through the dedicated website, online from 17 June, while the less technological citizens will be able to seek help from their doctor or pharmacist.
