The board of directors of GreenDelta Insurance Company Limited, a listed company in the insurance sector, has announced a 25 percent dividend for shareholders. Its all cash dividends.
This dividend has been declared after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2023.
On Tuesday (February 13), Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE) informed this information.
The decision regarding the dividend was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the last financial year in the meeting of the company’s board of directors held earlier on Monday (February 12).
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on digital platform on March 31 to approve the declared dividend. The record date for the company’s dividend declaration is set for March 6.
According to the financial report of the completed accounting year, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 6.11. In the corresponding period of the previous financial year, the profit per share of the company was Rs.7.30.
As on December 31, 2023, the company’s asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 73.18.
