Grifols announces legal action against Gotham City Research for the damage caused by its report

The multinational Grifols announced this Wednesday that it would take legal action against Gotham City Research “for the significant damage caused, both financial and reputational”, by the report in which he accuses him of hiding part of his debt and concealing his accounts.

Grifols has made this decision known in a communication to the CNMV, the Spanish stock market supervisor, in which it continues to defend itself against the accusations of this bearish fund.
