In a statement issued by him, the primary examination for Group 2 examination was held to fill 5,446 posts in Tamil Nadu government departments. The examination for the Tamil Language Merit Paper which was scheduled to start at 9.30 am was delayed due to a change in registration numbers in the question paper at various places.
The delay in issuing the question papers was due to the difference between the order of candidates’ numbers in the attendance register and the order of the numbers in the question papers.
Candidates were severely affected by this. Also, shocking information is spreading that the question paper for Group 2 exam has been released early. This is due to the negligence of TNPSC and Tamil Nadu government because all the ministers were camped in Erode East constituency.
