Are you ready for a bigger task? The Police agency in Sweden is looking to fill a key leadership position in the Stockholm region. With approximately 37,500 employees, the authority is in the midst of extensive growth and is seeking a qualified individual to join their team.

The position of Group Manager for Operational Analysis will involve overseeing activities related to covert means of coercion, handling large amounts of data, and producing evidence that can be used in criminal proceedings. This role will also involve collaborating with investigators and intelligence or preliminary investigation leaders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of continuous experience working as a supervisor, project manager, or in a similar role within the last five years. A police exam or relevant academic degree is required, or equivalent acquired experience that the Police Authority deems appropriate. Additionally, experience in change and development work, investigative activities, and internal cooperation will be considered advantageous for this position.

As part of the selection process, tests will also be used to assess candidate qualifications. The successful applicant will be expected to uphold the Police Authority’s leadership criteria, which include abilities such as analysis and holistic view, goals and results, development and change, social security, and oral and written communication.

The position offers permanent employment with a function as a group manager and may begin with a trial employment. The place of work will be in Västberga, and the working hours are based on a weekly planning of 40 hours.
