The ideal candidate should hold a Swedish police degree or have relevant academic training. Additionally, they should have a minimum of six months of continuous experience as a supervisor, project manager, or similar role within the past five years. Experience in change and development work, as well as knowledge of the police organization’s operations and a valid B driving license, is desired.
Candidates with previous experience in leading others towards set goals, participating in management forums, and collaborating with social actors outside the police organization will be preferred. Leadership skills and personal qualities will play a crucial role in the selection process, adhering to the Police Authority’s leadership criteria.
