Held from April 24 to 26, this sporting event brought together teams from around the world to showcase their skills in front of a panel of judges. He Guatemalan teamwho competed in the Elite division, overcame several obstacles and challenges to secure his place among the best in the world in this prestigious competition.
In the final, the Guatemalans demonstrated their talent and passion for cheerleading. Although they faced tough competition from other elite teams, the Chapines left everything on stage, achieving a sixth position.
The podium of the 2024 World Cheerleading Championships was dominated by Australia, taking first place, closely followed by Puerto Rico in second position and Denmark in third place. With the performance they had during the event, the Guatemalans will return home with a historic achievement for the country, having qualified for the first time in the finals of this important sporting event.
