PORTRAIT – The two actors took on the challenge of bringing the legendary cartoon from the 1990s to the stage. A musical comedy which aims to delight both young and old.

With their caps screwed on their heads and their pair of sneakers, they look like big, nostalgic kids. Once the lights go out, these true theater enthusiasts are as demanding with their teams as they are jacks of all trades. “We try to work with pleasure. This is undoubtedly what brings us together… apart from belote, of course.”

Their latest creation, Denver, the last dinosaur, is the adaptation of a famous cartoon from the 1990s. To hear them, it all started with a song: “We wanted to create A musical which appeals to both adults and children. The idea of Denver arrived on the table: the dinosaur is a fascinating animal for kids. We then tried to sing the theme song… and found that we still remembered it, thirty years later!” In the process, the two friends contacted the American rights holders. “They were quickly enthusiastic, because this license had never before been adapted for the theater.”
