Summoned before the General Inspectorate of Judicial and Penitentiary Services to explain a decision rendered against a defendant, Judge Moussa Camara of the Court of First Instance of Labé did not respond and received a suspension with referral to the Superior Council. of the judiciary.

In the decree signed by Minister Alphonse Charles Wright, the reason for this suspension is known. It would be “proven professional inadequacy”.
