“There is serious progress with the nasal vaccine, the preclinic has been completed. We are ready to move on to clinical trials, ”said Gunzburg.
He explained that the nasal vaccine is the second component of Sputnik V, which is sprayed into the nose using a syringe with a nozzle.

Earlier, Gunzburg reported that clinical trials of a nasal vaccine against COVID-19 will begin in late 2021 – early 2022, and the registration of the drug should take place in 2022.
