jpnn.com – KARO – The General Chairman of the National Awakening Party, Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, is grateful and proud to be able to provide training to all PKB legislative members from Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau Islands, and Riau, in the Regional Change Leader School 4.

“Why I am proud is because you are the people who were chosen, who are trusted by the people, trusted by the PKB for the next five years, have a historical mandate, a people’s mandate, and a mandate to manage the legislature,” said Gus Muhaimin in Berastagi, Karo, Friday (26/7).

According to Gus Imin, on the shoulders of all PKB leaders lies the mandate of the party’s struggle and the aspirations of the voters.

However, he reminded that becoming a member of the legislature does not only mean carrying the mandate of voters, but the mandate of all Indonesian people.

“What’s the point of being present, living, and growing successfully, but only to carve out your own history. It might be noble, it might go to heaven, but it won’t get the highest heaven. Therefore, those who previously intended to become members of the DPR because they were unemployed, because they wanted to, let’s raise that intention, to fight for the mandate of the Indonesian nation,” said Gus Imin.

The Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian House of Representatives stated that from the beginning, PKB was founded, compiled and created from NU to be devoted to the people and nation of Indonesia.

“So, not for NU personally, but for the entire Indonesian nation, but for the flying of the Red and White for the success of Indonesia,” he said.

Gus Imin then asked non-Muslim legislative members who attended the Sespim Perubahan to raise their hands.
