Speaking on Nova television, Gyurov addressed questions regarding his next steps following the November 1 presidential runoff reported Mediapool.
I do not have a final decision on whether I will stay in political life,
Gyurov said, adding that he does not rule out staying in politics noted Club Z.
He emphasized that any future efforts would focus on uniting the right-wing political spectrum rather than launching a separate party stated TrafficNews. Under no circumstances will I seek self-serving representation through a political project that would lead to the division of this community; on the contrary, I would seek a path toward the consolidation of this space,
Gyurov explained according to Offnews.
Boyko Stankushev, the director of the Anti-Corruption Fund and a member of Gyurov’s initiative committee, stated during an appearance on Darik radio that creating a separate project would be a mistake.
According to Stankushev, the results instead demonstrate the need to build a democratic, anti-corruption, and anti-Putin alliance based on established rules. Alexandrina Pendachanska, another member of the initiative committee, remarked that the campaign successfully established an independent movement driven by the shared charisma and presence of the candidates.

The presidential runoff on November 1 concluded with Iliyana Yotova and Kiril Valchev securing 1,093,852 valid votes, while Gyurov and Georgi Kandev gathered 750,251 votes reported TrafficNews. Gyurov pointed to unexpected gaps between exit polls and final figures as votes were tallied past 17:00 noted Offnews.
We still do not have access to data showing what voting took place, in which sections, and with what frequency after 5:00 p.m.,
Gyurov stated regarding the late-day shifts reported TrafficNews. He noted that the initiative committee and supporting platforms successfully brought together citizens who had spent years apart reported Club Z.
Despite the final outcome, Gyurov expressed gratitude to voters for their backing and extended congratulations to Yotova on her victory. Observers and campaign representatives noted that the first round saw approximately 486,000 ballots cast for the ticket, while runoff totals increased. Pendachanska noted that uncounted overseas ballots could still influence the final tallies as processing continued.
