LOS ANGELES, Aug. 16, 2025 – Hailey Bieber playfully ribbed her best friend, Kendall Jenner, over a candid photo captured during a night out in Los Angeles.
Hailey Bieber, 28, commented on a picture of Jenner, 29, seemingly mid-story with animated hand gestures while standing beside Bieber’s husband, Justin Bieber, 31. The Rhode founder quipped, “It’s always Kendall telling a story with her hands.” Jenner responded in good humor, “God forbid I’m a visual storyteller.”
The pop superstar shared a series of Instagram photos from the outing on Saturday. In one snapshot, Justin Bieber sports a shaved head and a light tank top with baggy pants, appearing slightly bewildered by Jenner’s energetic storytelling. Hailey and Kendall, who have been close friends for over a decade, frequently share their lives on social media.
Bieber’s playful jab at Jenner quickly garnered hundreds of thousands of likes. This is not the first time the friends have shared a lighthearted moment publicly. Earlier this summer, they went paintballing, with Bieber jokingly flipping Jenner the bird in a clip posted to Jenner’s Instagram Story.
The Biebers’ wedding celebration in 2019 also included Jenner. In 2024, the friends embraced a throwback Halloween costume, dressing as Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie from their Simple Life days.
Justin Bieber also shared a cute selfie with his wife from the L.A. bar outing. Hailey captioned it with a joke: “Secrets out we’re dating!”
The singer’s photo dump included images of him on a cigarette break outside the bar, racking pool balls, and dancing with a cue stick.
The Bieber family is also preparing for their son, Jack Blues’, first birthday on Aug. 22. Last month, Justin gave fans a peek at his son during a studio visit, likely while working on his latest album, Swag. The project was released on July 11 and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
