Haiti, President Moise killed at home by a commando. VIDEO

Haitian President Jovenel Moise was assassinated in his private residence by a commando made up of foreign elements. To break the news is the outgoing premier of the Caribbean country, Claude Joseph. The group of assailants also injured Moise’s wife, Martine, who was rushed to hospital.

The interim Prime Minister of Haiti, after the assassination of the President and condemning the murder as a “barbaric, inhuman and atrocious act”, appealed to the population for calm, explaining that “the security situation of the country is under the control of the Haitian national police and the Haitian armed forces ”.
