Veronica Kristiansen and her fiancé Adam are expecting their second child.
This was confirmed by the girl who recently won Olympic gold in Paris in an article published by the Norwegian Handball Federation on Saturday.
Gave birth in 2023
The couple welcomed their daughter Olivia in the summer of 2023.
– This was a pleasant surprise for us as well. We are of course very happy and look forward to meeting Olivia’s little brother in January, says Veronica Kristiansen.
– I hope that not the entire 24/25 season is over for me yet, but that I can join the Györ team towards the end of the season. At the same time, I will take care of my body and what happens with it moving forward, but from experience, it worked well throughout the last pregnancy. I hope and believe it will do the same this time, says “Vikki” further.
187 international matches
Kristiansen, who plays for Györ in Hungary, made her debut for the Norwegian national team back in March 2013, and has played 187 international matches and scored 595 goals so far in her career.
She is a three-time European champion, a two-time world champion, and an Olympic champion once with Norway.
