(Web Desk) Hania Aamir, a cheerful and playful actress associated with the Pakistani showbiz industry, has revealed that she is going through mental stress these days.

The actress is currently in London and Hania Aamir took to her social account Instagram to share a long post with her picture in which she opened up about her mental stress.
Sharing a long note with the photo, Hania not only described mental stress as a real and serious problem, but also advised not to feel ashamed to seek help in this regard.

In the long note shared, Hania wrote, “I’m not feeling well these days, I haven’t been feeling well for some time, some days are busy and then the same shadows of sadness, although I’m personally not feeling well from these situations. I can deal with it but I feel it is important to share it with you.”

She said, “There is nothing to worry about me, I am doing everything possible to improve my health, I just wanted to tell you that don’t panic and don’t be sad if you have a bad day today. They are, it will be better tomorrow, I know and can understand that sometimes a person gets totally disappointed, it starts to feel like there is only darkness in life but only you can pull yourself out of this disappointment. Enjoy yourself.”

He wrote, “Understand that you need to talk to someone and get help, ask for help from people around you and contact a professional therapist, about mental health. Don’t feel ashamed to speak up or ask for help.”

Hania added, “I’m sure many of you are going through the same thing as me. It’s been my experience that when you start loving yourself and taking care of yourself, things get back to normal. Things get better.”

The actress assured fans that “she will be feeling good and better again very soon, but until then, she can’t dramatize it, and neither should her fans.”
