Delhi Police have arrested a man who opened fire during a riot during the Hanuman Jayanti procession in Delhi.
A procession on behalf of the Hindu organization on behalf of Hanuman Jayanthi was held in the Jahangirpur area of Delhi. There was a clash between the two parties.

During the confrontation, both sides attacked by throwing stones. A person in the Hanuman Jayanti procession then fired at the opposition.
Scenes of gun-wielding gunfire were reported among boys throwing stones at them. The video, which was recorded during the riots on April 16, has been widely shared on the internet since April 17.

Based on the video, the North West Delhi Police conducted an investigation and found the gunman at various places.
Police arrested the man with the gun after visiting his home in Delhi City Park and interrogating his family. The arrested person was identified as 28-year-old Sonu alias.
