Hanwha Hotels & Resorts said in a notice on its website on the 7th that “due to a temporary error in the system, when checking reservations on the morning of April 6-7, we confirmed that the reservation information of some customers who had made reservations until June 30 was exposed.”
Hanwha Hotels & Resorts explained, “The cause was an interface error on the website’s database (DB) server.” “We are aware of the exact circumstances and scale of the damage, and measures to prevent recurrence and compensation plans will be announced later,” he said.
Hanwha Hotels & Resorts added, “We sincerely apologize for causing concern to our customers.”
