Hapoel Haifa is getting stronger. The team from Carmel announced tonight (Sunday) the signing of center James Dickie. Dickie (26, 2.07m), played four years at the prestigious University of North Carolina, and last season, the first outside the United States, played in the first division in Hungary and finished with averages of 13.3 points, 12.5 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game.

Dickie started the current season in German Germany, where he scored about 6.5 points and picked up an average of 6 rebounds per game in 7 appearances. Dickie joined Elad Hussein’s group through his agent giving a sign.
