Hapoel Tel Aviv striker Yoav Tomer is on the verge of moving to Hapoel Jerusalem. The striker is not in Hapoel Tel Aviv’s plans and should make room in the budget.
Tomer, whose only appearance this season for Hapoel Tel Aviv was in Saturday’s 4:3 loss to the Ness Ziona section when he played only 17 minutes, will be the fourth player to move from Hapoel Tel Aviv to Hapoel Jerusalem this summer, after Ofek Biton who left for another loan season, Alon Azogi and Benny Tridovsky.
